I have been taking photographs for the last 35 years. With a professional background in art and a reverence for nature and animals it seemed like a natural fit to combine these with my love of photography.

I enjoy macro photography most at the moment. I find there's a hidden treasure waiting to be found in the close-up details of things. Of course I find beauty waiting to be photographed beyond the macro realm.
I have a full (but still growing) library of blue jay shots.
